Watch the awkward moment horrified MAFS UK bride Laura fumes as she meets her husband for the first time

MARRIED At First Sight UK returns tonight with a VERY awkward wedding as bride Laura isn't happy with her groom.

As our exclusive first-look clip shows, the E4 series kicks off with an uncomfortable moment as one of the show's stars makes it clear she isn't thrilled with her match.

Laura's face falls as she meets Arthur at the altar, before fuming that her "very firm criteria has not been met".

As Laura explains in her to-camera interview, she is disappointed that Arthur is not as 'posh' as her usual type.

"He is definitely an attractive guy for sure," she says. "But he doesn't look like a Chelsea boy.

"I love a posh accent. Very firm criteria has not been met."

Arthur looks uncomfortable as he tries to make small talk while Laura looks stony-faced.

She then reads out her vows, which are equally unforgiving.

"I promise to appreciate you as much as I appreciate my first oat milk latter of the morning," she begins.

She then issues a stern warning: "Please don't talk to me before I've had it."

The pair's wedding will be seen in tonight's opening episode, which will introduce us to the first bride and grooms of the new series.

This series will make history with the first transgender bride, Ella Morgan.

It will also be the longest series yet with 36 episodes in the run.
