Leyla Harding issues chilling threat as son Jacob Gallagher fights for his life in Emmerdale

VICTORIA Sugden is going to have to watch her back this upcoming week in Emmerdale after landing Jacob in hospital through a dire mistake.

In recent episodes the Hide Bistro head chef mistakenly told Jacob Gallagher a slider was nut-free, leading to him having a terrible allergic reaction.

Victoria (Isabel Hodgins) rushed to Jacob’s car to grab his Auto Adrenaline Injector, but she couldn’t find it, and the damage was done.

Victoria’s ex-fiancé David Metcalfe became the man of the hour when he rushed the boy to hospital.

Jacob’s mum Leyla has been in a fury since the accident left her son fighting for his life.

Determined to make Victoria pay for her mistake, Leyla (Roxy Shahidi) goes to Gabby Thomas, who has recently decided to sell her shares in the Hide Bistro.

After the incident where Jacob ended up in hospital, Gabby already lost potential buyers for her other business – the outdoor pursuits centre in Emmerdale.

So when Leyla comes forward with threats to ruin trade at the Bistro if Victoria continues working there, the chef gets unceremoniously fired, leaving her devastated.

Will Jacob manage to fight his way back to life from his hospital bed?

If he makes a full recovery, will Leyla make peace with Victoria, allowing her to work in the village as a chef again?

Or will he die, leaving her career in tatters?
