STRICTLY Come Dancing fans have ‘worked out” which pro landed a same-sex pairing with Layton Williams, after spotting a ‘clue.’

It comes as the BBC dance show teased which celeb would be partnered with which dance pro in a teaser clip that immediately caught fan attention.

In it, Layton Williams can be seen turning around to face his pro and while their face is left out of shot, some eagle-eyed fans spotted a detail on the hand on his shoulder.

They’ve claimed theatre star Layton is partnered with Nikita Kuzmin, after speculating that it’s Nikita’s ring on the hand placed on Layton’s shoulder.

One person penned: “I recon  is with , looks like it’s Nikitas ring!”

And furious fans reacted on X, formerly Twitter, after discovering the identity of the couplings on the social media site.

One angry fan penned beneath the leak: "No 'xxxxxxx'? That’s a shame. Thought she may have got a decent partner this year!"

Another said: "Bit disappointing she is benched."

However, others were grateful that the suspense was finally over.
