But today his followers were left disgruntled after he appeared to be bragging about how "slim" he and his wife Anne-Marie Sterpini are.

";We don’t diet, in fact we eat big meals every day ! Anna has never been in a gym.

"What we’ve learned is how to eat healthily, not be hungry, not willpower and not portion control!

"I’ve helped hundreds of people and I can help you too."

But commenting on his post one fan wrote: "I don't think that's entirely true a gram of fat will sit differently on different body types and metabolisms.

"Some people will burn this quicker."

While another said: "Maybe Anna has a faster metabolism. Some people."

This one bluntly said: "Why am I interested in that?"

Last year, Gregg insisted that this is the fittest he's felt in over 30 years, as he opened up on his transformation.

Speaking on Loose Women in July 2022, the star said: "I'm probably fitter and healthier now at 57 than I was at 27.

"I never went on a diet, I learned about healthy eating."

The foodie explained: "I eat three big meals a day and I've been helping people now for a couple of years.

"And I say to those people, ‘If you could take a pill right now and be three stone lighter, would you take it?’

"And of course they would."

He said: "The trouble is, people think weight loss is going to be difficult.
