Celebrity MasterChef fans all have the same complaint as Wynne Evans is announced as this year’s winner
CELEBRITY MasterChef fans have been left with a sour taste in their mouths after Go Compare star Wynne Evans was announced as this year's champion.
Viewers of the BBC show were delighted to see Wynne walk away as the winner - but they had a huge complaint about the TV final's actual format.
Having sat through dozens of Celebrity MasterChef episodes, fans were furious to realise that the last episode of the series was just 30 minutes long.
As a result, the show whizzed through finalists Wynne, Amy Walsh and Luca Bish whipping up impressive three-course meals.
And those at home just wanted more.
Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan moaned: "Unfortunately didn’t listen last time, the final is always too short - can easily make it an hours show .. disappointed."

Another added: "Should the final of #CelebrityMasterChef not be an hour, seems rather rushed in half an hour? Should definitely be an hour!"
And someone else ranted: "Cant believe the final tonight will only be half an hour, after watching for all these weeks, what an anti climax."
Wynne, 51, walked away with the coveted Celebrity MasterChef gong after impressing the judges with a delicious Welsh-inspired three-course meal.
The operatic tenor found himself up against Emmerale actress Amy and Love Island star Luca in the kitchen.
But his traditional meal of tuna tartare starter, lamb on a bread of fried bread main and classic Welsh teacake desert saw him take home the trophy.
Amy had made Indian-spiced prawns, roast lamb with Indian spices and a pudding of saffron baklava cake.
Luca, meanwhile, served up a scollops starter, a traditional Italian tortellini main and a panacotta desert with whiskey liquor.
But although their dishes impressed judges Gregg Wallace and John Torode, Wynne clinched it.
Gregg said: "Wynne gives us theatre. I have never seen a celebrity cook like him ever before. I'm not sure we ever will again!"
Wynne described his time on Celebrity MasterChef as "beautiful".
He celebrated by belting out the hymn Cwm Rhondda (Guide Me O Thou Great Redeemer) while brandishing his trophy in the air.
