Fans would remember the star as the youngest ever winner of the long-running ITV talent show in 2015, where she went onto release her cover of Bob Dylan's hit track Forever Young as her winner's single.

The track reached the peak position of number nine in the UK singles charts when she was just 17-years-old, before she released her follow up solo single So Good a year later in 2016.

She once again secured a top 20 hit with a peak performance of 13 nationally as it reached number eight on the Official Charts Company in Scotland.

That same year she achieved what was to be hear biggest hit with a collaboration with Clear Bandit.

Tears rocketed to number five of the UK tip 40, which was to be her first top five hit.

In 2017 she released the tracks Best Behaviour and the song Unpredictable which featured Olly Murs.

None of the tracks even cracked the top 30 in the UK, although Unpredictable has since been certified Gold.

Although she was one of the featured artists to be part of the special Artists For Grenfell supergroup.

The likes of Brian May, Nile Rodgers, Stormzy, Rita Ora, Robbie Williams and Paloma Faith all featured in the stunning charity track.

Other artists such as Pixie Lott, Matt Goss, Leona Lewis and Dua Lipa also lent their voices for the song to raise money for the families of the victims of the Grenfell Tower fire.

Louisa showcased her belting skills in a standout part for inspiring cover of Simon & Garfunkel's Bridge Over Troubled Water, which unsurprisingly shot straight up the charts to number one.

After a failed comeback in 2018 with her collaboration with 2 Chainz titled Yes, she announced that she departed Syco Music in July of that year.

She went onto subsequently sign onto another Sony label, Ministry of Sound, in January 2020 she ditched the contract to become an independent artist.
