Towie’s Chloe Brockett flashes her abs after she was suspended from show for vicious on-camera fight
CHLOE Brockett flashed her abs in a crop top and leggings after an intense gym work out.
The Towie star, 22, took to Instagram to share a post after the session and proudly gave fans an update.
After posing for the mirror selfie, Chloe wrote: "I'm so happy because my abs are back woo!"
She also shared details of her "fitness journey" with followers, writing: "I've not drank any alcohol for a month and I normally do 30 to 40 mins on the cross trainer.
"I've put myself into a calorie deficit too, I won't say how much much as I think it does depend on your height and how much you normally eat, but it's defo working for me!"
Chloe recently showed off a nasty sunbed injury on her face as she went on a post-gym rant on Instagram.

It comes after she was suspended from Towie following a vicious bust-up with Roman Hackett, during which she launched three glasses at him.
A shocked onlooker told The Sun at the time how Chloe exploded with fury at Roman during filming in Brentwood, Essex.
She was immediately pulled off air, with her future on the show thrown into doubt.
But Chloe later assured fans she will feature in the upcoming series, which kicks off next month.
