THE Only Way is Essex star Amber Turner has taken another savage swipe at her ex Dan Edgar.

In a new cryptic post, Amber appeared to throw shade at her former boyfriend following their messy split.

She shared a message on Instagram that read: "Effort is attractive".

Filming has now wrapped in Cyprus, where the ex-couple had a bitter showdown on camera as they filmed for the latest series.

It was the first time they'd seen each other since their mysterious break-up.

The Sun revealed Dan confronted Amber on camera as he accused her of cheating on him multiple times.

Amber and Dan were together for six years on and off, but took their relationship to the next level when they bought their first home together in December.

They sparked split fears after Dan unfollowed Amber on social media in May.

The duo also deleted all traces of each other from their respective Instagram grid pages.

Before the news broke, Amber jetted off to Dubai with her family to celebrate her mum's birthday without Dan.

Amber later announced news of their split on her Instagram after speculation they had broken up.
