Strictly’s Janette Manrara strips down to underwear to show off postpartum body four weeks after giving birth

STRICTLY star Janette Manrara looked incredible as she showed off her post-baby body just four weeks after giving birth.

The It Takes Two host - who welcomed her first child with husband Aljaž Škorjanec in July - stripped to black underwear as she shared a post-partum update.

Janette, 39, posted a clip from her bedroom wearing the matching set and said she was on the road to recovery.

She captioned it: "Been doing my exercises to start the recovery process for the past week and I already feel a little stronger and able to do more.

"Slow and steady wins the race.

"Enjoying my food still though!"

The new mum added: "Just focusing on recovery so I can be back dancing safely.

"Every journey is completely different, but really enjoying mine and not putting any pressure on myself throughout it."

It comes just days after Janette was mum-shamed for putting a ribbon headband on her daughter Lyra Rose.

One wrote: “Why is she wearing a bandage? Those things are not good for babies' heads.”

Another said: “These head bands do not allow babies heads to regulate body heat. This is a fact!”

Last month, the dancing pair shared an adorable first snap of their daughter.

The couple announced they were expecting their first baby back in March.

Aljaz and Janette were engaged in 2015 and then married on July, 15, 2017.

The pair had an astonishing three weddings in various locations, including Slovenia and Disneyland, when they married in the summer of 2017. 

They'd been together for six years before that.

Janette quit her job as a professional dancer on Strictly two years ago so she and Aljaz could try for a baby.
