LOVE Island legend Adam Collard has revealed the real reason why he turned down a third chance to appear on the dating show.
The personal trainer, 27, who appeared in the 2018 series before making history with his surprise second arrival in 2022, has ruled out a return to spin-off series All Stars.
Adam - who is currently looking for love on E4's Celebs Go Dating - has recently fuelled romance rumours with Kate Moss' sister Lottie, 25.
Bad boy Adam said he's happy with his romantic life at the moment and admitted he'd be reluctant to sign up to the ITV2 dating show for a third time, saying it "took a lot of energy" from him.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun about a possible return to Love Island, Adam said: "No I don’t think so because everyone needs to catch up.
"I’m one show ahead of everyone else.

"No to be honest, there is no inclination to do it right now.
"I think the second time very much took a lot of energy away from me."
It comes after Adam and Lottie were even seen giggling out and about in central London earlier this week.
This has left many fans have been wondering if the two are an item.

Meanwhile Lottie also spoke very highly of the Geordie lad.
Lottie said of Adam: "Well he's a lovely guy. We really care about each other.”
When asked if there is a romance on the cards at the event, Lottie said: "There could be. You never know. You never know.”
Adam smiled as he stared into Lottie's eyes, while she touched his thigh under the table.

An insider told The Sun: "They're really close and are super tactile with one another.
