Love Island’s Liberty Poole praised by fans as she shows off ‘real skin’ in make-up free snap
Love Island star Liberty Poole has been heaped with praise after posing with a bare face to show off her "real" self.
Liberty, 23, stripped off all of her make-up for the striking close-up shots before sharing them online.

The pretty brunette left her false lashes on but stripped off all her foundation, concealer, bronzer and lipstick.
Liberty told her Instagram followers she was "embracing"; her true self, before admitting she was previously unable to visit the corner shop without a full face of slap.
She captioned her post: "Embracing the real me.
"I love wearing makeup but it’s so important to feel confident in your own skin and love the person that you wake up to in the morning and go to sleep to at night. Loving every version of you."

Fans were quick to comment on Liberty's post, with many congratulating her for being so honest.
One wrote: "I had to unfollow A LOT of pages that followed unrealistic body images and beauty standards.
"I appreciate your page and the messages that you send. You’ll always be one of my favourite Love Island contestants!"
Another added: "Such a powerful message … wonderful you .. for being brave for every girl who needs too see and hear this!"

Liberty has since taken to her Instagram Stories and recorded a video of herself, again without any make-up on.
But this time she also removed her fake lashes, after being criticised for wearing them in her photos.
She explained: "I posted a picture saying, 'Embracing the real me' and I know when you put stuff out there it's always going to get mixed reviews and stuff.
"And it did get a few backlash comments about, 'How is this embracing the real you when you've got false lashes on, false nails, false hair'. I'm not an ignorant person.
"I completely understand where people are coming from. Maybe I should have put, 'Embracing the no make-up me'.
"But I have always been a glam girl. I've always loved my lashes, my nails and my hair, and I feel like I can still like all those thing and put positive messages out there."
Liberty added: "Like for me, I used to struggle to go to the corner shop with no make-up on.
"Now I can come on my Stories with no make-up and just be the unfiltered me. It's such huge progress and it was really just about embracing you.
"So I understand but please, please try to take the positivity out of it."

Liberty, a former waitress and marketing student from Birmingham, found fame in the 2021 series of Love Island.
Earlier this month it was revealed that Liberty had previously enjoyed a 'one-night flirt' with this year's contestant Tyrique Hyde.
