BOB Hope made a surprising and intimate admission following his heart attack on tonight's Emmerdale.
On Monday, the B&B owner collapsed in the village after coming to blows with Liam Cavanagh in the wake of his affair with Bob's partner Wendy Posner.
Despite the GP saving his life, Bob gave him short shrift when he came to visit him in hospital after his stent surgery in tonight's episode.
However, Bob seemed more willing to talk to Wendy despite her affair, and at one point he opened up to her about a conversation he'd had with one of the doctors.
He said the doc had asked if there had been any warning signs such as anxiety, shortness of breath and erectile dysfunction.
The look on Bob's face led Wendy to realise he had been suffering from the latter symptom, and it prompted a big discussion about their sex life and how she ended up in Liam's arms.

Bob said: "It's embarrassing enough to talk about, it was easier to just stop."
He then shocked Wendy when he suggested it was the reason she had turned to Liam for intimacy.
"You and Liam, I drove you to it. All this time I was angry with you and I should have been blaming myself."
Wendy was having none of it, and explained how it was Bob's lack of attention or affection that had prompted her to seek solace in the doctor, not the lack of sex.

She added that they needed to put all the blame and jealousy behind them, but Bob said he couldn't.
As Wendy attempted to find a way forward, she said: "Now that we know what the problem is...."
But Bob suddenly cut her off and said: "I'm not being part of your project. This is my problem not yours. We're done. It's over. For good this time."
As Wendy looked shocked, he added sharply: "I mean it, go! I can't stand you round me."
Emmerdale viewers were taken aback by the latest twists and turns in their relationship, with one writing on Twitter: "Wendy now really isn't the time for this after Bob's heart attack."
Another added: "Wendy bringing out the “you cheated in the past” card. Just f*** off."
A third tweeted: "Well done Bob, no more whingy whiny windy wendy."
A fourth said: "Definitely not a good week for Bob so far."
