Channel 4 star teases epic return to A Place in the Sun after 14 years away from show – saying ‘it’s in the pipeline’
ORIGINAL A Place in the Sun star Amanda Lamb has teased an epic return to the popular property show.
The TV presenter was one of the original stars of the show when it first launched at the turn of the millennium.
Since then, an influx of stars have made names for themselves through working on the programme including Jasmine Harman, Laura Hamilton, Scarlette Douglas and Danni Menzies.
However, Amanda has admitted that a potential return to the Channel 4 show is "in the pipeline".
Speaking to , the TV star said: “A Place In The Sun was amazing, and I had so much fun doing it.
“I might be doing something with them this year, but I can’t say any more than that!”

She also confirmed to the publication that she does "miss" the show ahead of a rumoured comeback.
Amanda said: “I do miss it, of course I do.
“There's nothing better than waking up in the morning and looking out to a beautiful beach.”
However, in good news for the star, she won't be too far away from a beach thanks to another new role she has secured.

The presenter revealed that she had secured a deal to be a brand ambassador for a chain of hotels on Instagram.
The 51 year old You Deserve This House star added: “TV is a great waiting game, it’s sort of feast or famine, you're either manically busy, or not.
“But I've got a couple of things in the pipeline; I’m doing lots of stuff on my Instagram, I’ve just got a role where I'm going to be an ambassador for a chain of hotels, so I’ll be travelling around to some really lovely hotels."
