A Place in the Sun’s Scarlette Douglas hailed as ‘Bond girl’ as she wades out of ocean in strappy bikini
Fans were left stunned by the 36-year-old Channel 4 presenter as she emerged from clear blue water with poses they say are worthy of a scene in a James Bond movie.
Former A Place in the Sun presenter Scarlette Douglas got her fans’ attention when she posted a sunny holiday video from Antigua this weekend.

In it, Scarlette wore a bright yellow and red strappy floral bikini and a matching robe which flowed down to her knees.
The video begins with the Flipping Fast presenter submerged below the crystal blue water. She then rises and struts out of the ocean through shallower water to the white sand beach.
As she wades out of the sea, Scarlette pulls her robe up to cover her shoulders and shares a look at the gorgeous scenery around her.
“Indulging in every last bit of paradise before I leave [Antigua],” Scarlette noted alongside the video.

After seeing her post, fans were quick to compliment Scarlette’s outfit, and many even hailed her as the next Bond girl — likening the style of her video to Daniel Craig emerging from the sea as James Bond in Casino Royale.
“Is this the new Bond film?” one fan asked.
“Bring it Bond Girl,” another replied.
A third wrote, “Bond Girl” alongside several fire emojis and suggested that she’d be perfect alongside Idris Elba as James Bond.

Many fans were obviously thinking along the same lines.
“Thought it was a new scene for a Bond girl,” said a fourth fan.
“Definitely the next Bond girl,” a fifth added, while a sixth said, “Like a bond woman! What would your name be?”
Scarlette has been enjoying a sunny holiday in Antigua where she attended the island’s famous carnival, which runs from the end of July to the beginning of August.
The carnival is a celebration of the emancipation of slavery in Antigua and Barbuda in 1834 and has been held annually since 2008.
Scarlette has shared lots of content about her holiday to Antigua, which has included a trip to hermitage bay and a party on a private island.
This latest post comes two days after Scarlette shared a video of her cutout swimsuit for Antigua’s annual carnival, which had her fans begging for her hand in marriage.
