Married At First Sight star engaged after slamming show as ‘total stitch up’ and cheating on TV wife
A MARRIED At First Sight groom who slammed the show as a "total stitch up" and was left with a "bitter taste" about getting wed is now engaged.
Australian reality TV bad boy Dean Wells, 45, has now found love with fellow small screen alumni, Beauty And The Geek star Aimee Woolley, 24.
The pair have been dating for a year after Dean, 45, admitted he was "scarred" by his MAFS experience.
He ruffled feathers during his time on the reality show when he cheated on his partner Tracey Jewel with fellow co-star Davina Rankin.
Davina is now happily married to new partner Jaxon - and it looks like Dean will follow suit.
He popped the question in a stunning desert setting which saw him and trainee nurse Aimee pose in front of a camel.

Talking about his happy new chapter he told : "MAFS is different for everyone but for me, it was a total stitch-up and left me with a bitter taste about marriage.
"I was a bit scarred from the experience but when I met Aimee she renewed my faith in real, honest, true love.
"She is the sweetest, funniest, craziest and most genuine person I have ever met."
Aimee, who found fame in Beauty And The Geek's 2022 cast, added: "You can never keep me away from a bad boy. They tried that on Beauty and the Geek and it didn’t work.

Aimee has now moved to to Sydney from Tasmania so the pair can start a life together.
Meanwhile MAFS' Davina, who cheated with Dean on the show, recently refused to engage with the juicy gossip her ex husband Ryan Gallagher shared about her while starring on Australia's I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.
He told his campmates: "We were on the honeymoon, and we were intimate and stuff like that. You sort of get lost in the moment."
“As we’re flying back, as we were landing, she goes, ‘You know when we get back we meet other people and you can hook up with anyone’.”
But Davina refused to be pulled into the drama and dubbed it "irrelevant."
