ZARA McDermott pulled off an eye-popping splits display as she prepares for Strictly.
The former Love Island star, 26, is one of the celebrities taking part in this year's series of the BBC One show.
With just weeks to go until the first episode of Strictly Come Dancing airs, the famous faces have hit rehearsals.
Keen to stay fit and ensure she makes it to this year's final, Zara has been hitting the gym in between practices.
The blonde beauty was snapped working out as she wore pink leggings and a blue sports spra.
She showed off her impressive strength by lifting huge weights in one snap.

Another capture showed her doing the splits during her warm-up stretches.
Zara admitted on BBC Radio One on Monday that she's preparing to push herself out of comfort zone, having had "zero" dance experience.
"Strictly is such a far cry from my day job," she said.
"I've spent the last three years making documentaries in a very small team, but Strictly is live. You cannot make a mistake, you have 'one take' only.

"This is just so far out of my comfort zone. I've spent the whole of my 20s pushing myself out of my comfort zone, but this is the pinnacle now.
"I have zero dance experience. I don't even dance in a nightclub - I'm that petrified of dancing."
