Dani Dyer shares adorable new snap of her twins as she celebrates her Nan’s birthday
LOVE Island winner Dani Dyer shared an adorable new snap of her precious twins as she celebrated a birthday in the family.
The 26 year old mother-of-three gave fans a peek into their family celebrations for her Nan's birthday.

Dani welcomed her two babies with West Ham star boyfriend Jarrod Bowen earlier this year.
The couple named their children, Summer and Star.
Dani's tots were dressed in matching outfits as her Nan, Natalie, held onto them both with each of her arms.
Paying tribute to her, Dani wrote alongside the cute snap: "Thankyou for being the most amazing nanny & for all the love, cuddles and support."

She continued: "We are so lucky to have you.";
Before sharing the cute snap, Dani also posted a video clip of her and her family, including her ex-EastEnders actor dad Danny, serenading "Nanny Nap" with a sweet rendition of Happy Birthday.
She was presented with a birthday cake as she put her head in her hands in shock.
Dani's oldest son, Santiago, who she shares with ex Sammy Kimmence, could also be seen watching on for the family get together.

She and Premier League goalscorer Jarrod, 26, revealed their baby news in January calling it "the biggest surprise of our lives".
Dani moved in with boyfriend Jarrod in November after putting her £750k home on the rental market.
The star also came up with the clever way she intends to tell the two twins apart after being asked about the conundrum by a fan.
She said: "I'm going to paint one of their toenails and then write in my notes whose toenail is painted.
"But they might have small differences that we notice? Not too sure but the painted toenail is the answer for me."
