Her wedding thoughts comes after she opened up about her heritage, saying: "I only really started to look into my heritage when I was on Love Island when people started to question if I was Indian or Caribbean - people didn’t understand what Indo/Caribbean was. She continued to Magazine: "I have always felt like I’ve had a bit of an identity crisis because I haven’t felt like I fit in with the Indian culture, but I also don’t feel like I fit in with the Caribbean side either.
“So this was a wonderful way to find out more about myself and my Indian side. My mum was so excited for me when I told her I’d be dressing in modern embellished Lehengas and jewelled tops."
She also discussed taking boyfriend Kai to learn about her heritage, saying: “I was born in Trinidad and Tobago and I’m looking forward to taking myself and Kai over there to visit visit my family and show him more of my heritage and culture in the new year.”
