A Place in the Sun’s Jasmine Harman shows off ‘real body’ in plunging swimsuit for Channel 4 show
JASMINE Harman flaunted her natural curves in a recent social media post promoting body positivity.
The A Place in the Sun presenter encouraged body positivity in her posted video and admitted she wouldn't have filmed in a swimming costume a few years ago.
The 47-year-old wore a wrap-around black and white swimsuit with dangling pearl earrings.
The star put on minimal makeup as she got into the sea, which was later all wiped off by a big wave along with her hair.
During the video, Jasmine said: "A few years ago, filming in my swimming costume is probably not something I would have been that willing to do.
"But, I think as you get older, you just give up caring, and it's more about having fun and being yourself.

"Rather than worrying about how you look and whether you have spare tires."
She is seen with the Channel 4 camera crew throughout the video reel as they filmed in the sea and on the beach.
As the video continued, she explained: "So, I don't know why I bothered doing my hair this morning because I've just been splashed by a massive wave and were trying to piece a film to camera."
She then told the camera crew to "say hi" to her phone camera and explained that the beach was getting busy and that the team and herself had been there since the 7 am filming before the clip ended.
Jasmine captioned the reel posted: "Summer is upon us - love your summer body, whatever shape it is!
"It's not all fun in the sun! Sometimes it's fun in the cloud too!"
Her followers quickly flooded her comment section with positive and encouraging comments.
One follower wrote: "Life's about enjoying yourself and not giving a damn what everyone else thinks. I'm 61 going on 30."
A second person penned: "100% agree. 52 now. And I go away to relax. It's everyone else's issue if my dad bod offends."
A third explained: "You're gorgeous! I was OK with my body +face. Then I hit 65 and I'm still wearing shorts + bathers but I'm not as confident. Just feel like young people look down on older people and of course the fear of looking like mutton dressed as lamb! Just a feeling."
A fourth expressed: "You don't need to explain how you look, you are perfect"
While another fan followed it with: "You are beautiful. Have a wonderful time."
A Place in the Sun airs weekdays on Channel 4 at 3pm.
