Helen Skelton ‘is secretly dating again’ a year after her split from ex-husband Richie Myler

A source said: "After her trust was broken, she’s nowhere near ready for an all-in long-term romance.

"But she’s not closing herself off to anything anymore. She’s open to new adventures in all respects and is making it her aim to say ‘yes’ to more things that excite her."

The Sun has contacted Helen's representative for comment.

Earlier this month, she took a huge step and put her family home up for sale after her divorce.

A friend told :  “Helen has moved on with her life and feels it’s time to start with a clean slate.

“She’s put the house they shared on the market and is looking for a new place she can move to with the kids in the coming months.”

The house is in Yorkshire, and when the pair first bought it in 2015 Helen said how it made her "heart sing".

The couple splashed out on renovating the dream home they moved into it shortly after they got married.

Helen told fans about the split between her and the Leeds Rhinos rugby league star on Instagram last year.

They had been married for eight years and share three children - Ernie, eight, Louis, five, and Elise, now one.

Richie has since become a father for the fourth time with his new girlfriend Stephanie Thirkill, 32, the daughter of Leeds Rhinos president Andrew Thirkill.

Their relationship became public in May last year, just one month after his split from Helen.
