But some of the Tipping Point viewers thought some of his comments were ‘unfit for daytime TV’.

Contestant Dan beat off the other players to play for the jackpot prize, where he was caught by surprise by a sport related question.

Ben asked: In which popular American sport would you be most likely to hear the term 'backdoor slider'?"

As Dan answered questions correctly, he would receive more tokens to put into the giant coin pusher machine.

Sometimes the coins land where contestants planned, but there are moments where the players are not so lucky.

But as Ben, 48, offered commentary on the landings, some fans were caught by surprise.

When one token didn't land in the planned place, the host yet again repeated the naughty innuendo.

Ben exclaimed: "Bit like a backdoor slider that one!"

And the audience took to social media in their droves as they laughed at the seemingly naughty comment.

One viewer asked: "Should Ben really be talking about “backdoor sliders” on daytime television? #TippingPoint."

Whilst another user replied to to the tweet with a GIF were the caption read: "That's too much."

A second commented: "Why don't you say "backdoor slider , one more time Ben!"🤣#TippingPoint."

It seems the GIF's of Kenneth were popular with viewers as two Tipping Point fans noticed the innuendo and used the image from his 1974 interview with Russell Harty.

One wrote: "Back door slider??!!! #TippingPoint," whilst another excitedly exclaimed, "BACKDOOR SLIDER !! #tippingpoint."

Another simply wrote: "#TippingPoint," along with a GIF of wrestler John Cena looking excited on WWE.
