Kerry Katona takes another swipe at Holly Willoughby saying Strictly job would be ‘unfair’
KERRY Katona has said she thinks it would be ‘unfair’ if Holly Willoughby landed a job on Strictly Come Dancing.
It was previously revealed that the This Morning host is being ‘lined up’ for the BBC show, with bosses keen to lure her away from ITV.
But Kerry, 42, isn’t a fan of the idea, writing in her new! Magazine column: "I don’t think that’s fair on current presenters Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman. They’re great at it.
“They can’t be swapped out! I think Holly would be great as a contestant instead. I’d be up for doing Strictly, too. Maybe one day!"
A source previously told of the Glitter Ball plot and said: "Holly is the golden goose. BBC bosses want her and they have been plotting for some time to get her for their big shows.
"They know how popular she is, but it also has to be the right programme.

"Recently there has been talk around the BBC that Strictly would be a way to lure her over.
"There are ideas of how she could slot in – nobody is quite sure about that yet but they think she would be perfect.
"It seems like a big project to get her to do it, and would mean moving things around on the show somehow, but there are some executives at the BBC who want it to happen."
Holly has previously fronted BBC reality series Freeze The Fear with Wim Hof.

The speculation comes after Strictly's ratings plunged to a record low in 2022, in what was the show's 20th series.
Meanwhile, it’s not the first time Kerry has taken a pop at Holly.
Earlier this year she admitted she wasn’t impressed with Holly’s speech when she returned to This Morning for the first time without Phillip Schofield.
She wrote: “I thought Holly's speech about Phil on This Morning last week was an absolute load of sh*te. It was awful.
“I felt it was so staged, so rehearsed, so heartless, so soulless. People want realness. No one believes Holly anymore.
“I'd have more respect for her if she left This Morning and Dancing on Ice and said 'do you know what, it's time for me to walk away.”
