EASTENDERS has dropped a huge hint about Theo Hawthorne’s real identity and plan for Stacey Slater.
The teacher - who is played by actor William Ellis in the BBC soap - has been arousing viewers’ suspicions ever since he turned up as Freddie Slater’s old bullying teacher.
He repeatedly returned in an attempt to get close to the Slater family and has singled out pregnant 12-year-old Lily for special treatment.
In tonight’s episode, he returned again and agreed to tutor struggling Lily for nothing more than the odd bacon sandwich.
And while Stacey is thrilled at this, Lily’s dad Martin Fowler is rightly seeing warning flags and has questioned why the teacher would help Lily for free.
Sadly Stacey told him to shut up and ushered both men out of her house.

But upstairs as Stacey stripped off to her other work clothes and set herself up in front of her laptop, she messaged her favourite customer.
Meanwhile outside Theo was in a huge rush to leave and tried his best to avoid Martin’s questions about why he would tutor Lily for free.
“Because I like her and I want her to do well,” he told Martin before climbing into his car and speeding off.
Stacey was seen waiting for a response from the customer who had grown obsessed with her but none came.

They are terrified for Stacey and her pregnant teenage daughter Lily.
One wrote: "I'm waiting for Theo's phone to be found laying around with one of Staceys iffy pics on it!!"
A second said: "Stacey doing the online pictures again. Theo’s rushing away. I wonder if he’s the one that requests pictures from Stacey?"
Another added: "Could Theo be Stacey's secret cam fan? Must be a reason #EastEnders shown Stacey about to do her thing just as he was leaving - and the way he looked at her."
