THE One Show viewers were left seriously distracted by Harrison Ford's appearance as he promoted his latest Indiana Jones movie.

The Hollywood actor joined hosts Jermaine Jenas and Lauren Laverne to talk about his new film, The Dial of Destiny.

Harrison, 80, discussed how much he adored the Indiana Jones movies.

The star also admitted how he didn't want to hide his age by using anything like "CGI".

The actor said: "And I wanted to make sure that this last one concerned the reality... I mean, for 42-and-a-half years we've been telling these stories.

"I've grown older, I want to acknowledge that. I didn't want to try to hide that with CGI."

Taking to Twitter one fan wrote: "I can't quite believe that Harrison is 80 years old!!! He hasn't really aged."
