Elevating her height with white heels, Maya looked nothing short of sensational while fronting the ITV2 show.
She wore her brunette tresses in a gorgeous updo and painted her pout an eye-popping shade of red.
During the episode, Maya interviewed booted Islander Molly Marsh, who was sent packing after Kady McDermott's return.
She said, "I expected to be single and vulnerable but then to get the text, I thought, 'Oh my goodness, I'm going home, I've got to leave Zach.' It was awful, my heart dropped, it was horrible."

Viewers ended up reporting the show to broadcasting regular Ofcom after suggesting that Jess Harding, 22, and Ella Thomas, 23, 'bullied' Molly in one scene when she fought for Zach's attention against bombshell Charlotte Sumner.
