BBC Breakfast shows off epic new studio hitting screens next week as bosses announce string of changes to show
BBC Breakfast officially unveiled its new high-tech studio which will be hitting screens next week.
Corporation bosses have announced a string of changes to the show which include an all-new look.
BBC Breakfast is the UK's most watched morning news show, but for the first time in over a decade it's getting a makeover.
The show has launched an all-new 'multi-purpose' studio which will also be shared with BBC Sport.
It's located in the heart of Media City in Salford and will make its debut when Sally Nugent and Jon Kay take to the airwaves on Monday.
The BBC says the studio features the latest broadcasting technology which include new high-tech graphics.

Although it will still feature the iconic red sofa, it's larger than the previous space and three more cameras are on hand to capture the best angles.
There's also new screen technology which the BBC claims will help to tell stories in a "creative, bold and imaginative way" and enable "collaboration and sharing across sites".
The corporation says the new looks is part of their strategy to introduce new studios to be used by multiple departments.
It also said that the space will be used for more than 20 hours a day.

Both main presenters have spoken out with excitement as they get ready to unveil their new home, however they insist the show will carry on as usual.
Sally, 51, explained: "The new studio is a wonderful addition to BBC Breakfast, and I can’t wait to host the first live morning show on the 26th June.
"We have recently celebrated our 40th anniversary and this is a great gift to mark the occasion."
Meanwhile, Jon, 53, said: "Our new studio is state of the art and we couldn’t be more pleased with it.
"We’re looking forward to bringing the public the same BBC Breakfast they know and love from a fresh new setting."
BBC Breakfast runs Monday through to Sunday from 6am on BBC One, BBC News and iPlayer, presented by Sally Nugent, Jon Kay, Naga Munchetty and Charlie Stayt.
