LOVE Island fans are demanding show bosses kick Sammy Root out of the villa after comments he made about Catherine Agbaje and Scott Van Der Sluis's connection.
Viewers have been questioning motives after he inexplicably told the Islanders, including Scott and , that he didn't think they had a physical attraction.
He then said he could tell from Catherine and Whitney's body language that they weren't into their respective partners.
It prompted the female duo to take him to task last night, asking why he said what he did.
Defensive Sammy said he meant they weren't as touchy-feely as other couples and reassured Catherine she was a "beautiful girl", but she wasn't having any of it and burst into tears.
Viewers weren't impressed, with one writing on Twitter: "need Sammy out of that villa!!!!"

A fourth vented: "Sammy is absolute trash. the audacity of this man is insane. get him off my TV for making Catherine cry."
Scott, 22, was cheered on by viewers on Tuesday as he fumed over Sammy's comments.

Speaking to his guy pals while Sammy was off on a date with new bombshell Mal Nicol, Scott raged: "Catherine was the first person that I pulled. How does he not see these things in his head?
"When Sammy comes in I'm not going to back down and I'll tell him exactly how it is. If it's a home truth, I'll tell him."
In the Beach Hut, he continued his rant.
Scott said: "Sammy coming across with, 'I'm not physically attracted to Catherine and that we don't have that physical touch' - whilst I'm holding her hand.
"It's just a load of s***! I don't get where he's coming from with it. And I think Catherine's going to hold him for account there for what he's said and so she should."
Scott later confronted Sammy once he was back in the villa.
