NETFLIX horror fans have warned others NOT to watch 47 Metres Down because it will "give them nightmares".
The 2017 film - starring Claire Holt and Mandy Moore - follows two sisters who go on a cage dive while on holiday in Mexico.
But in a terrifying turn of events, the cage breaks and plummets to the ocean floor with the two girls trapped inside.
As their air supplies begin to run low and great white sharks stalk nearby, the girls must act quickly to survive.
Fans said they "couldn't sleep" are watching it - or if they could they were plagued with bad dreams.
"Just watched 47 Metres Down! Never ever ever going in a shark cage!!," claimed one.
