Maura Higgins shows off tiny waist and rippling abs after sweaty workout
MAURA Higgins worked up a sweat as she hit the gym today.
The 32-year-old shared a selfie of her rippling abs while wearing cycling shorts and a crop top.
Love Island star Maura was joined by her celebrity hair stylist pal Carl Bembridge, before heading to brunch with him.
In the snap Maura is seen showing off her natural beauty as she goes make-up free with her hair pulled off her face.
Clearly enjoying the grind, Maura grins for the camera and flashes the peace sign.
The former reality TV contestant, 32, who came fourth on the dating show in 2019, often shows off her toned figure on social media.

When asked by a fan previously about her enviable fitness regime on Instagram, she replied: "For me workouts vary depending on how I'm feeling that day. I mix between weight training, yoga & pilates."
She added: "Its definitely about balance and consistancy & remember it's not a race, don't compare your journey to anyone else's."
Maura previously revealed that she started exercising during the first lockdown and like many people turned to Joe Wicks' online videos for help - but admits she became obsessed with it.
She has now relaxed her regime and is eating more food, and says she is “feeling so much better”.
