Emmerdale star Will Ash reveals more Milligans waiting to come to the village
VIEWERS have been keen to know more about Caleb and Nicky Milligan's family.
During a chat with The Sun and other press, Emmerdale actor Will Ash teased there could be more of their relatives to come.
Showing up in the Dales for the first time in December, 2022, Caleb Milligan revealed he was Faith Dingle's long-lost secret son but didn't give anything away about his biological father.
The character remained shrouded in his mystery until his real identity as Frank Tate's illegitimate son and his true motives finally came to light.
To top it all off, Caleb had a relative roaming around the eponymous ITV village, unbeknownst to anybody - his son Nicky who had been hired as a nanny in Home Farm.
The pair left many viewers intrigued as they dropped subtle hints that, despite his budding romance with Leyla Harding, Caleb was still somewhat involved with his estranged wife.

Soap fans immediately speculated about the identity of Nicky's mysterious mother, wondering if she could have already appeared in the village or be some of Emmerdale's most iconic forgotten characters like Sadie King.
However, Will Ash mentioned there could be more Milligans to come out of the woodwork, teasing potential siblings for his on-screen son Nicky.
"There’s huge potential", he said. "We’ve talked about my ex-wife so there’s already a bit of a picture of that even though she’s never been in it."
"We’ve talked about her quite a lot. He’s also said to Leyla about his kids, plural. I’ve never had that discussion with the producers but Nicky might have siblings, older kids."

"There’s potential for those characters to come and I think it would be nice to flesh it out. There’s a lot of secrets there", he added.
Earlier in June, Faith Dingle star Sally Dexter also teased her character could have other secret children in the likes of Caleb.
Nicky Milligan actor Lewis Cope, on the other hand, made it clear he was eager to know more about his on-screen mother before meeting any other relatives.
"It would be nice if my mum was to come because she’s been mentioned so much and there’s been a heavy part of our storyline from the beginning."
"So it’d be nice to see that relationship between her and I. But also my dad and her, that seems to be really complex."

Father and son have had many ups and downs throughout their time in Emmerdale and have butted heads as the latter's wedding to Gabby Thomas was fast approaching.
Caleb's revenge plan fell apart at its peak when Nicky decided he no longer wanted to live in a lie and told Gabby he was gay.
According to Lewis Cope, Nicky's relationship with his father has always been rocky.
"He is scared of him because, there have been plenty of scenes where he’ll try and stand up to him but he never seems to succeed. So he definitely feels inferior to him."
Overwhelmed and feeling betrayed by Caleb's behaviour towards, Nicky was revealed capable of taking things to a whole new level... by pushing his father off a woodland ridge to his near-death.
"I think it’s just spur of the moment, he’s just backed into a corner, he feels betrayed and something just comes over him. Anger gets the better of him", Lewis explained.
"The moment he pushes Caleb, he feels massive regret but also a mix of relief because he’s felt as though his dad has manipulated him for so long and also betrayed him."

He added: "But obviously, he still loves his dad and it would be tragic if he was to die."
