It's currently unclear if a second series of Beyond the Yorkshire Farm will happen as Clive Owen announced he had quit.

The 68-year-old previously confirmed he had stepped away from the Channel 5 show.

The dad-of-11 made the admission during a rare live television interview with Christine Lampard on ITV's Lorraine.

Admitting he was grateful that Channel 5 offered him a spin-off series following the axing of the family's reality show, Clive told Christine how Reuben would be branching out on his own as he no longer "needs his hand holding".

Clive said:  "I mean, we've done this thing with Reuben, it has been great fun working with him.

"I have had a grand time doing it. I think I am stepping back from that now.

"I think he is going to go on, on his own because he doesn't want me holding his hand."
