LOVE Island fans were left covering their eyes during tonight's launch show thanks to a seriously steamy game played by the contestants.

The 2023 lineup were forced to really get to know each other with the help of the raunchy 'non-alcoholic beer pong' game.

During the game, several of the islanders locked lips for saucy snogs, including Tyrique who snogged Irish stunner Catherine, while Andre locked lips with Ruchee, and Mitchell picked three girls to smooch.

In another game scene, business development exec George Fensom was even made to 'fake an orgasm' in front of his new friends.

Not everyone found that moment sexy, however.

One viewer complained on Twitter: "I need financial compensation for hearing that fake orgasm from george."

Another agreed: "Producers hear me loud and clear. NEVER put that orgasm card in there again!"

Love Island kicked off for its summer series on Monday night with host Maya Jama at the helm.

It got off to a strong start from the getgo, with fans welcoming the arrival of the first two girls into the villa, Jess and Ruchee.

Viewers admitted they were thrilled to see Jess showing off her natural curves and 'normal' body as she made her Love Island debut.

A new format also meant that some of the islanders got to meet each other before they were coupled up.

They were also unable to choose their initial partners, with the public making the decision on who would be paired with who.

The 2023 cohort then got to know each other a little better thanks to beer pong - before being given a huge shock.

Maya returned to the villa in a completely different outfit at the end of the show and surprised everyone with their first bombshell, PT and basketball player Zachariah Noble.
