BRITAIN'S Got Talent has been engulfed in a new ‘fix’ row after Bruno Tonioli asks Simon Cowell for his ‘permission’ in the judges vote.

In last night's tense semi-final, Malakai Bayoh won the public vote and was sent straight through to Sunday's live final.

However, the judges, Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon, Amanda Holden and Bruno Tonioli then had to choose who to save out of Duo Odyssey and MB14 for the finale.

Whilst both Simon and Aleesha voted for MB14, Amanda voted for the aerial acrobatic duo which left Bruno the last to vote on Britain's Got Talent.

However it seems the former Strictly Come Dancing judge couldn't decide which act to save, so he turned to long-time ITV judge Simon Cowell.

Bruno exclaimed: "Listen, the talent tonight was unbelievable!

"Both of you gave completely different but equally stunning performances, I cannot call it."

Turning to Simon, he asked: "Simon? Can I go to the audience vote, am I allowed?"

This is the first set of live shows for Bruno within the long-running talent series.

This comes after a series of rule changes where he previously pressed the Golden Buzzer twice.

Viewers then took to Twitter to laugh at the TV personalities mistake.

One viewer commented: "Can't believe Bruno asked if he could go to the public vote. Just do it 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣."

A second wrote: "Ha, Bruno has to ask Simon's permission to vote how he wants. Bit of a confirmation of what we always knew."

";Bruno just broke the matrix! 😂 “Simon, am I allowed?” laughed a third.

Meanwhile, a fourth exclaimed: "Absolute joke from Bruno and Amanda voting just to even things out, your paid to be a judge and to make a decision, not to "even things up' ridiculous, feel for MB14."

Whilst a fifth said: "How @MB14beatbox didn’t get through to the BGT final is beyond me! So talented and one of the best acts on the show. Absolute fix."

Ant and Dec then revealed the panel made a split decision before announcing that Duo Odyssey had received the second-highest votes from the public after the public voted them through to the decision.

The Sun has approached Britain's Got Talent for comment.
