A source exclusively told The Sun: "The fall out started in the villa, and after Charlotte flew home early it's only got worse.
"Friends have tried to intervene but they've now unfollowed each other.

"They're both fuming - it started out over petty rows in the villa, now it's boiled over into a proper feud."
The fallout will be a big surprise to fans who are aware of how close Marnie and Charlotte are.
The ex-pals have been friends for several years, with Charlotte, 33, attending Marnie's, 31, wedding to Casey Simpson in March and the pair often celebrating each other's milestones together, including birthdays.
It comes after The Sun revealed that filming had been thrown into chaos as the cast have become divided in the show's biggest ever feud.

The source told us at the time: "All hell has broken loose in Cyprus and there have been more arguments than the show has ever seen - and that's saying something.
"It's not exaggerating to say it's the most dramatic series yet.
"There is basically a big divide in the cast now - they have been split in two as they have taken sides over a huge argument that broke out.
" It's been really awkward and uncomfortable, but it's going to make dynamite telly."
In fact, the drama has been so plentiful, the source confirms MTV are now reconsidering their plan to make this upcoming series the show's last.
The Sun previously reported that the show hasn't been renewed beyond the series that is currently shooting and bosses felt it had run its course.
The insider explaied: "Production are thrilled with all the drama that has come out of filming and it's really shown them that there is still a lot of life left in this show and this cast.
"The new format, which sees the cast go on holiday together rather than living in the old house they all shacked up in, has really freshened things up.
