JUDGE Rinder showed off his ripped figure in a ‘thirst’ trap snap to celebrate his birthday.
The former barrister and ITV Presenter took to social media to show off his bulging muscles.
Rob, 45, tweeted the snap from what looks like a gym as he beamed from the pull up bar.
Donning a chain necklace, grey vest, back shorts and black and silver trainers, he beamed whilst flexing his muscles mid-air.
Posting the snap, the Good Morning Britain presenter tweeted: "Starting my 40 plus VAT Birthday with exercise & a ‘thirst tweet’ ..
"Find joy wherever and as often you can..& leave people happier than when you found them.. 🥳."
