Frankie Bridge looks incredible as she shows off toned abs in crop top on holiday
FRANKIE Bridge looked incredible as she flashed her toned abs in a crop top during her sunkissed holiday.
The Loose Women star, 34, has been enjoying a relaxing break with her footballer husband Wayne, 42, and their children Parker, nine, and seven-year-old Carter.
Even though she’s on an luxury getaway, Frankie was keen to stick to her routine and headed to the gym for an early morning workout.
The singer slipped into a white sports bra and a pair of black figure-hugging leggings for the session.
She posed on the floor for a mirror selfie and told fans: “I’m just here for the aircon.”
Frankie wore her hair in a half updo and opted for no make-up for the sweaty workout.
She then hit the treadmill and captioned it: “Trying to get those steps in for Coppafeel trek. Not long now.”
Frankie’s exotic holiday is much-needed after she revealed she “feels f*****g awful” following a parenting mistake that left her son in tears.
The former The Saturday’s singer told her fans that she wasn’t winning “the parent of the year award” as she missed her son’s cricket game.
In the clip Frankie began: “Guess who’s not winning the parent of the year award? Me.”
She continued: “So just come to pick up Carter, I did Loose Women this morning and managed to stop and get some food, all in time to come and pick up Carter and Wayne was going to pick Parker up, Wayne’s got here and he’s not here, he had a cricket match today.”
The TV star told her followers that normally she puts all the matches into the calendar so “we both know what’s going on” and “if one of us is going to be there”.
But today Frankie missed her son’s cricket game and she admitted she felt “f*****g awful and “super guilty”.
She added: “Like I didn’t even know my kid was at another school. What the f**k. Now I feel super guilty so now I’ve just put all the other fixtures into my calendar.”
In another clip, Frankie told her followers that she wanted to be there so that her son could see that she’s there watching and supporting him.
Frankie said: “But I just messed up today. Which he will probably be fine about, but I’ll beat myself up about it for ages. So if I knew I couldn’t go then I would let them know so he would know not to look out for us.”
