This Morning fans gobsmacked by Alison Hammond’s incredible weight loss as she’s seen in old footage
THIS Morning host Alison Hammond looked completely different as she appeared in an old clip on the show.
Today’s episode featured the pre-recorded video of Alison’s visit to Jamaica back in 2020 and fans couldn’t get over how much weight she has lost since then.
Taking to Twitter to discuss how different she looks, one person wrote: “Flip sake Alison hasn't half lost some weight going by this VT eh....”
A second remarked: “She's lost SO much weight since this, you can really see it.”
While a third added: “She looks like she's lost weight.”
In July of last year Alison revealed she had cut out sugar to help her shed the pounds.

She weighed 20 stone at her heaviest and started to lose weight after her beloved mother sadly died in 2020.
Alison said: "Sometimes I look at myself and go, 'Wow, I am a big girl'. But I like taking up a bit of space.
"I take a little bit of extra space in the world and I don't think I'm hurting anyone."
She added on Lorraine Kelly’s podcast: "We're all going to die eventually. I might die a little bit sooner, but I'm going to live my life to the fullest.
"And if I do die sooner, I'm going to have a fantastic life. I'm going to have a wonderful life. I'm 47 now, I don't know how long I'm going to go on for."
In the past she has had gastric band surgery and has attempted diets and exercise in a bid to loose weight - and even appeared on Celebrity Fit Club.
But the gastric band didn’t work, with Alison explaining: The star admitted: "I laugh about it and make jokes about it but it's getting serious now. I am over 20 stone, it's not funny any more.
"I've done diets before. I've even had surgery and that's not worked."
Speaking about having a gastric band fitted, she said: "It's actually quite a difficult thing. It just didn't work for me.
"I didn't like the feeling of it. You still feel hungry but you can't eat."
Alison, who has worked for weight-loss firm WW, added: "My relationship with exercise is a little bit of a love-hate. I love doing it when I'm doing it - I have so much fun.
"But to get to go and do it, I hate that bit because I literally can't do it."
