Coronation Street spoiler for today May 24, 2023: Craig Tinker heartbroken as Faye Windass makes a huge decision

FAYE Windass has secretly been desperate to move away to Slough to be with her daughter Miley.

Despite being blackmailed by Craig Tinker, she finally heads out of Coronation Street tonight, ready for a fresh start.

All hell broke loose for the Underworld factory employee when her fiancé Craig Tinker (played by Colson Smith) was told by his mother Beth that there may be more to Faye's connection with Jackson Hodge.

Faye (Ellie Leach) has been racking her brain about what she truly wants after Jackson suggested they move away down south together with their daughter Miley.

But when Craig found out, the copper made things even worse for a confused Faye by blackmailing her with one of her deepest, darkest secrets.

Gary Windass (Mikey North) eventually got involved, squaring up to Craig in previous scenes of the ITV soap, only to be pushed away by Faye, determined to act as if nothing had happened despite her pain.

But tonight, Faye reaches a shocking decision about her future in Weatherfield and it all begins with her, Craig, Jackson, Miley, Tim and Sally posing for family photos.

Miley explains to her mother that she plans to put together an album to remember her maternal family by.

Faye tries hard to keep a lid on her emotions but Craig can finally see how upset she truly is.

He tells her that if she wants to go with Jackson and Miley to Slough, then she should go through with it.
