Katie Price plots MORE lipo and a new face ‘to look 25’ as a gift to herself on 45th birthday

PALS of Katie Price say she has booked herself in for another string of procedures as a gift to herself on her 45^th birthday.

The former glamour model wants to continue on her journey to look 20 years younger by heading abroad to “turn back the clock” on her looks.

Discussing 44-year-old Katie's plans, a source close to the model mum told The Sun: “Katie will be heading back to Brussels and Turkey over the coming weeks.

“She’s calling it her 'birthday MOT' and sees it as a gift to herself. She wants the ‘perfect’ body and to look 25 again – even though she already looks great.”

And the mum-of-five, who is no stranger to going under the knife, has apparently got “lipo at the top of her list,” followed by a string of other procedures.

The source continued: “She keeps saying she's gained over a stone, even though she looks great, and she's also booked in work on her upper eyelids, neck, chin and even her knees.

“She wants filler called Profilo in her knees as she wants them to look tighter. As she is planning on having so much done, she is hoping the clinic will do her a 'buy one, get one free' style discount."

Her family and friends have already warned her about getting more surgery and insisted she doesn’t need it but Katie is determined and will be treating herself no matter what.

“She’s told friends that she wants a face and body that matches and refuses to grow old gracefully, even though her mum Amy tells her all the time that she should embrace a more natural look,” the source continued to add.

It comes as the former glamour model went under the knife late last year in a bid to get the "biggest breasts in Britain".

Katie revealed the results of her 16th boob op in December 2022, posing in a pink bikini showing off her 2120 CC implants.

Despite having a large chest, the mum-of-five wants to be bigger.

Katie first went under the knife in 1998, boosting her breasts to a 32C.

In 2015 she removed all traces of implants and returned to her natural bust size for the first time in 16 years.

But she then flew to Thailand for her biggest ever boob job.

As well as having had several boob jobs, the star has also had many other procedures over the years, including face lifts.

Katie has spent hundreds of thousands of pounds on nipping, tucking, plumping and smoothing - resulting in a face and body that has little to no resemblance to her former self.

Taking into account her surgical and non-surgical procedures, the figure was predicted at an eye-watering £500,000 - and could be well over that now.

Katie insists she's not addicted to going under the knife, despite comments from some of her fans, saying she just wants to look her best.

 The star explained: "It’s like a car - you have an MOT. If you get a scratch or a dent, you fix it, and that’s how I feel with my body.

"I’m not trying to look younger and I definitely don’t want that alien look - when people go over the top and look like freaks."
