Coronation Street spoiler for today May 19, 2023: Faye Windass in secret reunion with Jackson Hodge

FAYE Windass is struggling to cope with the thought of her daughter Miley leaving for Slough with her father Jackson Hodge.

Gary Windass takes action tonight in Coronation Street and pushes them towards one another behind Craig Tinker's back.

ITV viewers are struggling to see Faye Windass' relationship with Craig Tinker end on a good note as she struggles to choose between her life in the cobbles and a future with her daughter Miley.

Desperate to have a bond with her long-lost daughter, the Underworld factory employee has felt more stuck than ever since she accepted to tie the knot with Craig Tinker (played by Colson Smith).

And while she seems to insist that she's only committed to Craig, her brother Gary Windass (Mikey North) is unable to shake off the feeling that something's amiss.

Tonight, Gary quizzes Faye (Ellie Leach) about her true feelings for Jackson and she admits that he tried to kiss in previous scenes of the Manchester-based drama.

As regular viewers of the long-running drama will remember, Jackson also asked Faye to move to Slough with him and Miley.

Once again, Faye mentions that she only loves Craig and Jackson refuses to accept it.

This prompts Gary to lure her and Jackson to the furniture shop to help them finally talk things out.

Much like Faye, Jackson sticks to his guns and tells her that she's making the biggest mistake of her life by choosing to stay with Craig.

The police constable celebrates his promotion tonight at the Bistro, where a surprise party has been planned for him by Faye.

But he's alarmed when Faye and Jackson are missing and calls her phone.

When he hears if ringing in the furniture shop, he heads over.

As they hear Craig approach, Faye panics and orders Jackson to hide under a desk.

What will Craig find?
