TV presenter Emma Willis was left in tears as she broke down over the height of her husband Matt's drug and alcohol addiction.
Emma, 47, opened up on the hardships she and Busted star Matt have faced as a result of his addiction problems.
The emotionally-charged moment came during Matt's special BBC One documentary Fighting Addiction where he opened up on his past problems and sought answers as to why he became an addict.
During the opening scene of the emotional programme, former Big Brother host Emma was left in tears as she looked back on an old diary from 2008.
Emma told the cameras that she kept a daily list of all the drugs and alcohol Matt had consumed that day.
During one of the days, it could be seen that Emma wrote that Matt was "totally p***ed".

She revealed that she hadn't looked back on the diary since locking it away in a draw.

"I don't think I've ever read it since I wrote it.
"It's literally just notes of... what I knew he had consumed.

"A bottle of champagne, a couple of wines, a couple of wines... another bottle of champagne, and more."
Emma went on: "And more, is a reference to... um, drugs."
During the programme, Matt opened up on his 20-year struggle with both alcohol and drug addiction, including admitting to taking cocaine regularly in the dressing room during Busted's last tour, five years ago.
Emma went onto reveal that she used to travel around all the local pubs in order to find her husband but he used to evade her and go to all the places that she was unaware of.
She was left sobbing upon reading the notes and realising just "how bad he was".
The Circle host added: "There were so many ways, um... that he hid things."
She then heartbreakingly admitted: "I was so scared he would die."
Elsewhere, Emma admitted that living with someone who struggled with addiction was "unpredictable" and "anxiety-inducing".
