Phillip Schofield has been left ‘a shell of himself’ over Holly Willoughby feud and is ‘a recluse’ on This Morning set
THIS Morning presenter Phillip Schofield has been left a "shell of himself" and is becoming a recluse on set, according to insiders.
The presenter was seen returning to the sofa alongside co-star Holly Willoughby yesterday, despite rumours circling of their behind-the-scenes fallout.
Phillip, 61, who has been part of This Morning for two decades, is now said to be a shell of himself thanks to the "feud".
The Sun first reported how the TV stars' relationship was under strain, with the star confronting Holly, 42, in a tense phone call shortly after their rift was made public.
It's understood Holly was left blindsided when Phil released a statement on their differences without consulting her.
Phil had been fearful he could be axed from the ITV daytime show over their fallout.
