The One Show star Jermaine Jenas spotted enjoying drink with his stunning agent at Bafta party

THE One Show host and football pundit Jermaine Jenas missed out on a Bafta award, but consoled himself at the after-party.

He was seen propping up the bar with his agent before exiting the ceremony’s traditional shindig around midnight.

Jermaine, 40, didn’t arrive at the event with his wife, Ellie, mother to three of his four children.

Instead he proudly pictured himself suited and booted on the red carpet on Instagram.

Striking a cheeky pose, the former England midfielder posted images of himself in a tuxedo with the words: “Showing the boys how it’s done.”

Later that evening Jermaine and the young woman were seen sharing drinks, before moving to the edge of the dancefloor.

An onlooker said: “They seemed completely engrossed in conversation.

“They were drinking cocktails and champagne while laughing and joking then he made a swift exit.”

Jermaine is a proud family man and only last month posted holiday pictures on Instagram of him with Ellie and their two daughters and son.

Since quitting football, he’s been gradually developing his TV career over the last decade.

Alongside Alex Jones, he’s been a permanent host of BBC1’s teatime magazine programme The One Show since 2021.
