Love Island’s Shaughna Phillips reveals mum guilt as she’s back to work just one month after giving birth
LOVE Island star Shaughna Phillips has opened up about her mum guilt after revealing she's heading back to work.
It comes after the 29-year-old welcomed her daughter Lucia into the world just last month.
Shaughna has been updating fans about her journey into motherhood on Instagram.
The star, who shot to fame on the winter Love Island in 2020, explained to her 1.4m followers that she's going back to work this week.
However the new mum has been struggling to come to terms with it.
Shaughna said: "This weekend has been tough.

"Feel like my emotions have taken over again just as I was getting to grips with them.
"I’m jumping back into work this week and I’m already scared about juggling work life with trying to be the best mum, but I’m self employed, and I have to get back to work.
"There’s times where the smallest thing will happen and I can’t help but feeling completely overwhelmed.
"And then I finish the day with a cuddle from my darling, and I suddenly feel like everything will be okay.

Fans rushed to the comments section to let her know she's not alone and to share the love.

Shaughna was recently been spotted out and about for the first time since giving birth.
The reality TV favourite stepped out for a lunch date with her mum and baby daughter.
Despite being honest with fans online, the star has received some backlash.
Shaughna was recently mum-shamed and was then forced to hit back after her anxiety rocketed.
