THIS Morning stars Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield have reportedly cancelled their annual holidays together amid bombshell claims that the pair are 'barely speaking'.

The TV hosts have previously shared a close bond with one another which included regular trips abroad with each other's families.

However, the pair's friendship has reportedly soured in recent weeks and their fallout has now sparked crisis talks at ITV.

Holly, 42, and Phillip, 61, have seen tensions strained over the last few weeks with Phil releasing a statement to The Sun to confirm that things "haven't been easy".

Now reports appear to indicate that the annual trips they once took with one another will be no more amid the alleged tension.

Phil spoke exclusively to The Sun a day after we revealed their TV relationship was in peril.

Pouring out his heart, Phil said: “As I have said before, Holly is my rock.

“We’re the best of friends — as always, she is an incredible support on screen, behind the scenes and on the phone.

"Holly has always been there for me, through thick and thin. And I’ve been there for her.

“The last few weeks haven’t been easy for either of us.”

However, it was claimed that Holly and bosses at ITV were left blindsided by his decision to speak out and seemingly confirm that things had gone awry.

Holly has not spoken publicly about Phil since we revealed she wanted to keep hosting even if he left.

Amid the fallout, The Sun revealed he confronted his co-host of 14 years in a tense phone call shortly after their rift was made public.

Insiders said an emotional Phil picked up the phone to his TV partner after it was revealed their once close relationship was crumbling.

Holly had said she made it clear to ITV bosses that she would host This Morning without Phil if he left, insisting they were “separate entities”.

In new reports from the , the situation has left ITV chiefs in "crisis talks" over the future of the show with them being unable to confirm that Monday's upcoming episode would go ahead as usual.

The Sun has contacted representatives of Phillip and Holly for comment.
