BAFTA TV Awards 2023 LIVE — All of last night’s winners REVEALED as Catherine Tate and Lenny Rush leave fans in stitches
THE BAFTA TV Awards returned to our screens last night as stars of the small screen gathered at London's Royal Festival Hall for the most prestigious awards in British television.
The annual ceremony honoured television's finest and was hosted by Rob Beckett and Romesh Ranganathan.
Throughout the show, fans were left in stitches as comedians Catherine Tate and Lenny Rush took to the stage.
Young Lenny wowed fans with his award win, as he took home the prize for best male performance in a comedy.
Other winners included the hit comedy series Derry Girls, Claudia Winkleman and Kate Winslet.

Kate Winslet feels 'sick' after award win
In a hilarious post-win interview Kate Winslet revealed she feels like she is "going to be sick all down" her dress.
You'd think Kate would be used to winning all these awards by now.

And the biggest prize of the evening goes to Kate Winslet as she's crowned best leading actress.
Fighting back tears, the iconic actress thanked her family and all the creative minds behind I Am Ruth.

The hilarious Irish sitcom has won the award for best-scripted comedy.
And we have to say it's well deserved.
What a night it's been for Irish actors and performers.
And the winner is...
Ben Whishaw wins it for his stunning performance in This Is Going To Hurt.
He beat out some of the world's most famous stars, including Cillian Murphy and Gary Oldman.
What an achievement!

Paddington Bear wins a BAFTA
Paddington Bear expressed his joy at winning tonight's Features award.
Britain's favourite bear took to Twitter and said: "Mr Brown said we've won a BAFTA but I'm not quite sure what that means.
"Bear Awards For Teatime Adventures? How marvellous. Thank you all."
Meera Syal wins tonight's highest honour
Meera Syal was honoured with the Fellowship Award tonight, the show's highest honour.
Stars hailed the iconic actress, who pioneered south Asian roles on UK television.
Martin Freeman looks fuming as Bad Sisters wins
Martin Freeman did not look impressed as he missed out on the BAFTA for best drama.

Paddington's tea-time with the Queen takes home award
Paddington Bear's iconic Platinum Jubilee lunch won the only fan-voted award of tonight.
Fans adored the short scene, where the late Queen shared a sandwich and a spot of tea with Britain's favourite bear.

Professor David Olusoga was gifted with the BAFTA Special Award tonight.
He has spent decades producing docs about history and culture.

Mood won the prestigious award and the acceptance speech was a real tear-jerker.

As we approach the halfway mark of tonight's show, Louis Capaldi gave a stunning performance.
The legendary Scottish singer wowed fans with a rendition of his song 'Wish You The Best' .
"Amazing performance, brilliant heartfelt song," one fan wrote.
Joe Lycet wins!
Joe Lycet won tonight's award but he couldn't make it to the show.
According to his team, the comedian has shingles.
He dedicated his award to pressed people across the globe.
David Tennant and Catherine Tate leave fans in stitches
The pair of Doctor Who stars left fans in stitches as they presented the award for Features.

The Masked Singer was the BAFTA for best entertainment programme.
What a win, although it's a shame no one wore one of those masks to accept the award.
