The TV star weighed 378lbs at his heaviest, but detailed in a series of tweets how his body has transformed – and he’s now lost an incredible ten stone.
And in his recent snap the star looked slimmer than ever as he cuddled up to his movie co-star.
Mark is starring in the film alongside Caprice Bourret and Peter Andre, and Caprice wraps her arms around the quiz pro in the photo.
Mark can be seen in a grey suit and red tie, and grins for the camera.

He penned to his 40,000 followers: “Working with the most demanding exec producer in the world, acting on a hallmark Xmas movie. It’s a tough life :).”
It comes after he was seen cosying up to a stunning blonde this week, while showing off his impressive weight loss.
Sharing a snap alongside TV presenter Hayley Palmer, Mark told his followers: “Always have Malteasers to hand. Great time @boombattlebar with Hayley.”
The pair played electronic darts together and Hayley was delighted to beat him.

Mark recently revealed he's enjoying his single life and is in no rush to get into a relationship for one big reason.
The professional quizmaster, who split from his wife Katie back in 2020, said he's away from home 150 days each year filming for the ITV game show.
He admitted that he's "married to his work" and said it would be difficult to squeeze in a romantic relationship with his busy work schedule.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Mark said: "I’m single, I say I’m married to my work, this is the first time I’ve been out out in a while.
"Right now I’m really appreciating me time.
"I’ve just had two weeks off in the glamourous resort of Rotherham, where I’ve been staying in my flat and I can just put the sport on, watch the films I wanted to watch, play computer games, had a go even on FIFA and I just loved it."
