A COUPLE on A Place in the Sun left Laura Hamilton stunned as they shot down the potential property with a brutal dig.
Lindsey and Ian from Staffordshire were searching for their ideal sun-soaked home but Lindsey took issue with one of the homes that Laura had on offer.
During the house search in Almería, Spain, the pair were hoping to find a typical two bedroom traditional Spanish home.
As Laura gave them a tour of their potential new digs, Lindsey was left feeling less than impressed with what was on show.
During the second house, Lindsey made a bold admission as she stood in one of the bedrooms, adorned with purple walls.
She told Laura: "I feel like I'm in a cave."

She then pulled a disgusted face as she looked around the room.
Ian attempted to remain optimistic and suggested some new plastering work but she told Laura nothing else would give her the 'spark' to like the home enough.
It caused them to halt the viewing and move swiftly on to the next property.
Viewers of the Channel 4 show picked up on the awkward moment at home.
