MASTERCHEF judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace slammed a contestant for their 'undercooked' dish.
The hit BBC One cooking competition continued this evening as the remaining contestants battled it out.
During Thursday's episode the remaining hopefuls had to cook two courses.
However, they wouldn't just be cooking for John and Wallace as former MasterChef stars returned to critique their dishes.
But for one contestant their dish didn't go according to plan.
For Chris' desert, he had planned to serve an Asian pear poached in mulled wine with lemon thyme Chantilly cream.

Despite Gregg warning the chef that he needed to cook the pear for 15 minutes, it was served undercooked.
"I'm chasing my pear around the plate because it's not cooked enough," fumed John.
While Greg added: "That cream is sweetened and I like the lemon thyme going through it
"But that pear is still hard."

The experts also agreed as one remarked: "Not even remotely cooked, is it?"
Meanwhile, on another episode Gregg Wallace left one of the show’s contestants – and everyone watching at home – wincing after he refused to taste a dish.
In what has been described as “baffling” scenes by viewers, the 58-year-old took one look at the meal and declared it “inedible”.
During Tuesday night's episode, the seven participants were asked by Jimi Famurewa, one of the country's toughest food critics, to create a dish on the theme of underused and often wasted foodstuffs.
Fabio, 38, a tree surgeon from London, decided to use some less popular cuts of chicken in thighs and drumsticks for his meal.
However, when it came to serving the chicken, Newcastle-born Fabio realised he'd committed the "cardinal sin" of undercooking the chicken.
