Coronation Street actress Rebecca Ryan gives birth to daughter and reveals adorable name
Coronation Street actress Rebecca Ryan has given birth to her first child, a baby girl, and has revealed her adorable name.
The soap star, who played Lydia Chambers in the ITV soap, has named her bundle of joy Aurora.
"Welcome to the world my beautiful baby girl Aurora," Rebecca wrote as she announced the news on her social media.
She shared a snap of the little one asleep in a cute striped babygro lying on some rugs.
Her co-stars were quick to send their well-wishes.
Elle Mulvaney, who plays Amy Barlow, commented: "omg. the cutest. so so happy for you."

"Huge Congratulations, she’s beautiful," added Julia Goulding, who stars as Shona Platt on the show.
Back in December, Rebecca announced she was expecting her first child with her husband Dan Acraman.
The brunette actress took to her Instagram to announce the happy news, showing off her bump.
TV star Rebecca, 31, who rose to fame on Channel 4 comedy series Shameless, cradled her blossoming belly while wearing a sparkling dress.

Rebecca captioned the post, as she stood by the Christmas tree: "I thought this year couldn't get any better after marrying the man of my dreams.
"Turns out it can, can't wait to become a mummy in 2023."
Three weeks ago, Rebecca shared a snap of her growing baby bump and revealed she couldn't wait to meet her offspring.
She posted: "3 weeks till we meet you little one ❤️ I am so in love with you already,! Hurry up baby, I can't wait to see your little face and spend the rest of my life protecting and loving you with all my heart."
Last summer, Rebecca finally married her partner Dan Acraman.
The couple, who were forced to cancel their big day twice due to Covid, said their I dos over the weekend, calling it the "best day of our lives!"
The happy news was announced on Instagram with a stunning black and white photo of the couple in their wedding finery.
